How do direct workplace allocations work?
We offer workplaces special rates when ordering 12.8 by the crate (24 cans). Once your commercial address is verified, you will receive a private allocation key to unlock preferred pricing directly at checkout whenever your team needs a restock.
What's included in a Trial Crate?
Our Trial Crates are hand-delivered directly to your office. It gives your team, partners, and studio heads an opportunity to experience our salted plum soda after lunch and see how 12.8 fits into your daily pantry routine. One (1) trial crate will be allowed per company.
Who qualifies for workplace allocation rates?
Workplace allocations are reserved for verified commercial addresses in Hong Kong—including creative agencies, design studios, corporate offices, and co-working hubs. Residential addresses do not qualify for allocation key activation.
How quickly are crate orders processed and delivered?
Because we brew in small batches, all workplace crates are hand-packed to order. Standard commercial deliveries within Hong Kong typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days following order placement. If your reception requires specific delivery windows, simply reply to your order confirmation email and our team will coordinate directly with your staff.
Can we schedule recurring or automated pantry deliveries?
Most workplaces prefer to reorder on-demand using their allocation key. We support this. It ensures the products you receive are as freshly brewed as possible.
